After having received extensive training in marketing at multinational companies like Henkel and Gillette, Alessandro Kozik worked in managerial and advisory positions for leading European industrial groups in the 90s and for nearly a decade focused on and operated in Eastern European markets.  In 2001, Alessandro assumed executive responsibilities over marketing, distribution, sales and post-sales technical support of OTTO-CHEMIE products in Italy, the second largest European manufacturer of silicone elastomers today.  He is a qualified European Bonding Specialist, an expertise in adhesive bonding technologies and materials acquired through continuous training carried out mainly in Germany at Frauenhofer Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Advanced Materials, one of the most important independent research institutes in Europe and other organizations recognized at the European level.  As CEO of Unione Adesivi Srl, Alessandro Kozik believes in environment-friendly solutions and non-competing coexistence of manufacturers’ brands offered by Unione Adesivi and aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction.
